On the basis of traditional syringes, Auto-disable syringe adds an auto-destroy mechanism, which can prevent the re-use of syringes and thus the transmission of diseases.
Repeated use of syringes is the main factor causing unsafe injection. An important function of syringe’s safety device is to prevent repeated use. After the first use of the Auto-disable syringe commonly used in China, the plunger will be locked and cannot be pulled back. If forced to pull back, the plunger will break. Since 2003, self-destruct syringes have been used widely for newborn vaccines in China.

Ⅰ. It can be auto-destroyed automatically after single use, and can't use again;
Ⅱ. Easily and smoothly inject drugs, the usage is as same as common syringe;
Ⅲ. Low dead-space design, which reduces waste of medication to a minimum;
Ⅳ. The auto-destroy syringes are available for 0.3ml, 0.5ml, 1ml, 3ml, 5ml, 10ml, 20ml, small volume designed for fixed dose is also available.

Application Methods:
Step1: Pull back the plunger to charge the syringe with solution;
Step2: Press plunger forward to complete injection until it reaches the stop position. Lock mechanism will be activated and locks plunger in stop position. An audible "Click" will sound;
Step3: Forcing the plunger backward will cause it to break. Dispose it safely in a disposable container.
